As a mobile Personal Trainer with a specialism in Exercise Referral, Cardiac & Cancer Rehab. I am able to visit you if you feel you have lost your strength, fitness & confidence following illness or injury. With the aim of allowing you to live independently for longer, with greater confidence and mobility. Fitness can allow you to grow older on your terms, and stay 'fit for life'.

I'm also a 'Social Entrepreneur' working to make a difference to older clients to 'Transforming Ageing' here in Exmouth and East Devon. I am supported by UnLtd & SSE (the School for Social Entrepreneurs), which are both funded by the National Lottery.

I also run fitness classes across Exmouth in East Devon, including Kettlercise, Studio Cycling for the general population, as well as the delivery of Chair Based Exercise in local Retirement homes, Dr Surgeries and a Hospice, for those less mobile.

So If you feel that you would like to improve your health & fitness, but just don't know where to start, then please get in touch with me. Exercise can have such a powerful effect on the mind as well as the body.

If you have any pre-existing medical conditions that have caused you to give up on exercise, have lost confidence due to a Cardiac event, or have any experience of the fatigue associated with Cancer then please get in contact too.

News - Updated 28th July 2018

I am very pleased to announce that my venture has been recognised by the School for Social Entrepreneurs, based in Dartington. I look forward to working with them on improving the health & fitness of the elderly here in East Devon.

March 2018

I am thrilled to announce that I have been selected to become one of 19 social ventures tasked to Transform Ageing. I successfully responded to an innovation challenge from communities in the South-West, and will receive funding and support to deliver lasting social impact in the region.

My venture is among those supported by Transform Ageing, a first-of-its-kind initiative to change the way society approaches and designs services for people in later life. Funded by the Big Lottery Fund, Transform Ageing takes a community and design-led approach to improve people’s experience of ageing. It brings together people in later life, social entrepreneurs, and health & social care leaders to define the challenges and to support the development and delivery of new approaches to ageing. All ventures responded to six distinct innovation briefs set by local people in Somerset, Devon, Torbay and Cornwall.

Transform Ageing is focused on the South-West of England. It is being delivered by UnLtd, the foundation for social entrepreneurs, The Design Council, Centre for Ageing Better and the South West Academic Health Science Network. Delivery of the programme is supported locally by four organisations: Community Council for Somerset, Devon Communities Together, Torbay Community Development Trust, and Volunteer Cornwall to ensure the challenges meet specific local needs.
